COMMUNITY

 

Frame of Mind is an independent Community Interest Company. We help hard to reach socially excluded adults with mental health issues/learning disabilities who are often overlooked by mainstream employers. Our community has a real need for this service. Many of our trainees from Chichester, Bognor Regis and Selsey live in areas that are in the top 10% of wards nationally for occurrences of mental health illness.

 

Trainees make their own way to Frame of Mind either by bus, walking or cycling something they would never have done in the past. As their confidence grows they mix more with the local community taking part in everyday activities that many people take for granted.  

 

Our board of management contains trainee representatives, carer representatives and a representative from the CAPITAL Project Trust.  This ensures that our trainees, their carers and service users in the wider community have a say in how our organisation is run.
 

Our aim is to make real and lasting difference to the lives of local people in Chichester, Bognor Regis and the surrounding areas.
